What is the maximum image size can be uploaded?

How do you collect and send work from all over the world? Is there a risk of loosing my originals?

We collect scanned image files on line using internet only. No originals are collected by us. We work on digital files. Your originals are safe with you. We provide service through our distributors in your country. These distributors collect work from your local dealers near your area. Final restored image is sent direct to you or to your local dealer for print finishing.

What if there is no local dealer or distributor of your service in my country or near my area? Can I send work direct to you on your web site?

Yes. Until we have a distributor in your country you are welcomed to send work direct to us. We will require you to scan your images and send to us with your instructions. We will let you see the final image with water mark for your approval. If have a distributor of our services in your country, than you will not be able to send work direct to us. Our web site will not allow this action.

What is the best way to send you my old photos for restoration work?

Please scan your image and send us a file on our web site. Or take it to your nearest photo store and ask them if they offer our services and let them scan your images to send to us. If you have any problems please contact us by visiting our “Contact us” page.

My original print is very small and faded. Can I have any size enlargement from it once you restored it for me?

The quality of the enlargement depends upon the quality of your original image. We can enhance the image and bring it back to its original glory. But out of focus or blur images can not made to look very sharp. Such images will not make very big enlargements.

Can you join as many images I require to create a one final family group photo?

Yes we can. If they require repair and enhancement before they are merged together than the repair cost is added before the final merging. We will match colours and face sizes as well as backgrounds to make them look as real as possible.

Can I order a print as well as the final image on digital file for the future use?

We send a final image file on your logging mail ID for you to download and save weather you have ordered the prints or not.

What if I am not happy with the work you have done for me?

We send all final work with water mark to you, for your approval. At this time you can ask for rework to be carried out if you are not entirely satisfied with our work. We will do our very to do what is possible from your originals. Any how you are not allowed to change your mind or change original instructions. This will cost you for a redo of work.

Can you take some one out from my parents wedding photo?

Yes. We can remove unwanted objects/subjects. We can complete missing parts of the image left due to the removal of person.

What restoration services can be done by your company?

We can repair all torn and creased images. Missing parts can be filled. Faded photos due to age or light are brought back to their original glory. Colour enhancement service transforms old colour photos. Image manipulation service is available. We can add or remove people or objects, Complete scene change is or part change is possible. Please send us your requests if not sure and we will reply promptly.

What are the service times?
